Where are in person sessions located?

We'll come to you, all we ask is a table to write on and somewhere to sit down. The rest is up to you!

Where do online sessions take place?

Online sessions take place on either Microsoft Teams or Google Meets. There's no need to have a pre-existing account. We do ask you to put your webcam on to ensure learning is collaborative, but we understand this isn't always possible.

Am I tied into a contract?

Our service is cancel any time! We do ask you to fill in some legal bits, but you can cancel the service at any time. If you wish to re-join, please bear in mind you may have to wait for space to open up.

How often do I pay?

We ask that you pay per session, so if there are any cancellations on our end, you aren't out of pocket!

What if I want to study a subject you don't offer?

We are always recruiting new tutors, so send us a message. We may have just the person for you!

What resources do I need?

Just something to write with, and a willingness to learn! Every student receives a welcome pack with books to write in (in person only). If you are in person, we may need to borrow your Wi-Fi too!

Are the adult education classes 1:1?

Our adult education classes are in small groups, and we keep numbers small to make sure everyone feels fully supported.

How long will I have to wait to find a tutor?

Not long at all! Most students start instantly, however you may experience a short wait depending on subject/location and availability, but we'll make sure this is kept as short as possible.

I don't have you for home-schooling, but can I attend the mock exams?

You are more than welcome to come along! Regular home-schoolers get this service free of charge, but there will be a small cost (around £20 per exam)
